PursuitSense is decision-support software. The business owner remains responsible for every representation, price, certification, and submission.
Independent software
PursuitSense is independent commercial software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, GSA, SBA, SAM.gov, USAspending, or any procuring agency.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful review of public solicitations and preparation of ordinary business responses you are authorized to submit. You may not use it to access controlled resources, bypass authentication, circumvent rate limits, upload prohibited data, impersonate a government official, or misrepresent business qualifications.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, organization-member access, source-document verification, truthfulness of company claims and representations, eligibility, certifications, signatures, acknowledgements, pricing decisions, final files, and timely submission through the official method.
Software output and public data
AI and software outputs can contain errors. Public data can be delayed, incomplete, or changed. PursuitSense may identify requirements, risks, historical context, and cost implications, but these must be verified against the current official solicitation and your actual business facts.
No guarantee
Fit Score and Pursuit Score are explanatory decision-support measures, not probabilities. We do not guarantee an award, bidder eligibility, responsiveness, profit, margin, contract value, government payment timing, or continued availability of a public source.
No professional advice
The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, bonding, procurement-official, or other licensed professional advice. Seek qualified advice where needed.
Plans and billing
Free usage resets by calendar month. Paid pursuit allowances reset by billing period. Plan limits and fair-use protections apply as displayed. Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Upgrades, downgrades, interval changes, cancellations, payment failures, and grace states follow the synchronized subscription state.
Confidentiality and aggregated insights
One customer’s confidential documents and pricing are not exposed to another. We may use de-identified, aggregated product analytics where allowed to improve matching, workflow design, cost templates, and reliability.
Termination and deletion
You may cancel a subscription and request account deletion. We may restrict abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material breach while preserving customer work where practical.
