Privacy policy.

This page describes the information PursuitSense is designed to process and the controls available to account owners.

Information we process

We process account identifiers, contact information, organization membership, subscription state, product preferences, business profile facts you provide or confirm, uploaded business documents, saved opportunities, pursuit work, pricing assumptions, response content, submission records, and outcome notes.

Public government data

We centrally retrieve public opportunity and entity information from SAM.gov and public award information from USAspending. Public source records may be cached, normalized, versioned, and linked to user work for traceability.

AI processing

Relevant portions of public solicitations and the confirmed business context needed for a requested feature may be sent to the configured AI provider. We record structured outputs, evidence, model and prompt versions, token counts, cost estimates, timing, and errors; we do not store hidden chain-of-thought. Company claims are gated through the claim ledger.

Billing, email, analytics, and errors

Stripe handles payment details; PursuitSense stores customer, subscription, price, and status identifiers, not card numbers. A configured email provider delivers transactional messages. Analytics and error-monitoring providers receive limited event and diagnostic data. Product analytics must not contain private document, proposal, solicitation attachment, or detailed pricing content.

Cookies

Essential cookies maintain authentication and security. Optional analytics may use first-party or provider cookies where enabled and legally appropriate.

Storage, security, and access

Private files are stored in non-public object storage and metadata is organization-scoped. Authorization is enforced server-side for records and file retrieval. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Account owners may request organization deletion in Settings. Private records and files are deleted or scheduled for deletion, with limited billing, security, audit, or legal records retained only where operationally or legally necessary. Public federal source data is not customer-private and may remain in the shared source corpus.

Your choices

You can update confirmed profile facts, notification preferences, First-Win Mode, and saved pursuit data. You can export completed artifacts and request account deletion. Transactional billing or security messages may still be sent when necessary.

Subprocessor categories

Hosting and storage; authentication; payment processing; AI inference; transactional email; product analytics; rate limiting; and error monitoring. Specific providers depend on the deployment configuration documented by the account owner.
